Online Enrollment and Registration

Student Registration 2023-2024

All students who will be returning to Tom Bean ISD next school year must register for the new school year!

 

Registration MUST be completed online via the Parent Portal.

 

Returning Student Registration  - ALL CURRENT Tom Bean ISD students
All returning students must be registered before school begins. (Those not registered will not be placed in classes until registration is complete.)

  • If you already have an active Parent Portal Account, click here to login. (Instructions may be found in the manual if you need them)
  • If you have a Parent Portal Account, but do not have all of your kids connected, go to the my students tab on the navigation bar and add them. You will need your student's birthday and their portal ID.  If you need your student's portal ID, please contact the appropriate campus (see contact info below).
  • You must be listed as the guardian of the student in order to see the forms when you log in.
  • If you do not have a Parent Portal Account, please begin by creating an account by clicking here. (instructions for you start on pg. 1 in the manual  if you need them).
    • When creating this account, you MUST use an email associated with your child’s information in our student information system. This is the email where you receive important notifications from Tom Bean ISD.
    • If you do not know which email is associated with your student’s account, please contact the appropriate campus.

If you need assistance in registering, there will be a computer set up at each campus beginning June 13th with people to assist as needed from 7 AM - 5 PM (Monday - Thursday).


** All required documents must be uploaded during the registration process or delivered to the campus in person after you register.**

 

Creating a Parent Portal Account

  • Click here and choose Create Account. (instructions for this may be found on Page 1 in the manual  if you need them).
  • When creating this account, you MUST use an email you would like associated with your child’s information in our student information system. This is the email where you receive important notifications from Tom Bean ISD.

Students will NOT be assigned a homeroom or receive a class schedule for the 2023-2024 school year until online registration is completed, and all required documents have been uploaded or received by your students campus.
